In order to register Spirofractal you need to supply me with a 9 digit code (and pay of course). If you install the full version of Spirofractal there will be a "Register Spirofractal" entry in the Spirofractal part of your Windows start menu which will help you find this code. You really shouldn't have any problems with this, as it works on any installation of Windows 9x or Windows NT.
If you install the desktop theme a similar entry should be created in the start menu, this time directly in the Programs folder. However, if you have a slightly non standard installation of Windows 9x or you use Windows NT you may not get this entry, or it may not work.
The first thing to try, unless you are using Windows NT, is to look in the Spirofractal.zip file (if you got the theme from TUCOWS), or theme.zip if you got it from my website. (The version on my web site is more up to date). There should be a file called "Register Spirofractal.lnk" in the zip file. Try dragging this onto your desktop and clicking on it. With a bit of luck it should find the 9 digit code you need.
If that does not work either, then the best thing to do is to download the full Spirofractal program instead of the desktop theme.
The installation for the full version of Spirofractal should work on any machine. It will create a menu item called "Register Spirofractal" which will show you the code you need. It will also let you copy the code into the clipboard which means you can fill in the online order form more easily. If for some strange reason the register program still does not work, the About box of Spirofractal.exe will show the code as well, but then you have to write it down for yourself.
